Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026. Version 1.0.
This page explains what this site collects, why it collects it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read rather than to be skipped.
The short version. Reading this page sends nothing to advertisers, and this site sets no cookies. If you buy the book, our payment processor handles your card details and we never see them. We do not sell your data, and we never contact anyone's parents.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Looksmaxxing Decoded, a trading name of [legal name], [geographic address]. You can reach us at for anything on this page, including requests to see or delete your data.
2. If you only read the page
Loading this site makes no third-party requests. Fonts, images and styles are served from our own domain specifically so that your IP address is not passed to Google or anyone else.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. That is the only processing that happens on a first visit, and its lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site up.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking tags on any page. Stripe's checkout page, which you reach only if you choose to buy, sets its own cookies for fraud prevention; its notice is on that page.
4. If you buy the book
Checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your email address, your card details and enough location information to charge the right sales tax or VAT.
We never receive or store your card details. What we receive is your email address, the country you bought from, and the fact that an order was placed, which we need in order to deliver the file, honour a refund, and keep the accounting records the tax authorities require.
After payment you are sent to a delivery page. When you press download, our server asks Stripe whether that order was paid, using the order code in the page address, and only then sends the file. That page is not listed on the public site and is not offered to search engines.
The lawful basis is performance of a contract: we cannot sell you a book without an email address to send it to.
5. Email
Buyers receive a receipt from Stripe. We do not add buyers to a marketing list, we do not send a sequence, and we do not sell or share the address. If we ever email you, the message has an unsubscribe link.
6. Who else processes your data
- Cloudflare: serves the site; sees server logs.
- Stripe: takes payment; sees your email, card and country.
- Meta and Google: we do not send them anything from this site.
Some of these are based outside the UK and EEA, chiefly in the United States. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
7. How long it is kept
- Server logs: as long as our host retains them, typically a few weeks.
- Order and tax records: six years, because tax law requires it. This is the one category we cannot delete on request.
- Your email address: until you ask us to remove it, or until the product is withdrawn.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it to someone else, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Ask at and we will answer within one month. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your own national supervisory authority if you are in the EEA. You do not have to raise it with us first.
9. Age
This site and the book are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, we do not advertise to anyone under 18, and we have no direct-message, forum or community channel of any kind. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes. We do not quietly widen what we collect.
